Floor Sawing ~ We can cut slabs up to 26” thick
For our larger floor sawing projects, we have several walk-behind style floor saws and are capable of cutting through slabs up to 26” thick. These saws have diesel engines, but are operated indoors with an exhaust scrubber. We have used these saws on bridge decks, airport runway, inside GE Bangor, inside Sam’s Club Bangor, and at the Federal Building in Bangor. For our smaller floor sawing projects, we can also adapt our hand held saws into walking carts to cut slabs hydraulically (up to 16” thick). We typically saw slabs to access plumbing or electrical below the floor or for installation of a new stairway or elevator hoistway in an existing building.
