Demolition

We not only have a staff of over 30 experienced and hard-working demolition employees, but we also have state-of-the-art equipment to enable us to perform your project as efficiently as possible.

Lakeside Concrete Cutting & Abatement Professionals demolition staff typically work in teams of 3-5 people, one of which is the demo foreman.  Inside a building, we specialize in the removal of interior ceilings, walls, doors and floors. Outside a building, we remove roofing and siding as well as exterior walls and canopy structures.  When requested, we also remove structural building components. Demolition may seem like easy work, but properly performing removals on a renovation project starts with a clear plan and communication with multiple parties.  First, we mark the components the owner wants salvaged, second, we mark the items being removed, and third we coordinate the make-safe of live utilities within our work area. Our work cannot begin without reviewing the potential hazards our crew faces and the methods we will use to prevent the hazards from becoming accidents.
